Service Portfolio Management 

The service portfolio is the management of complete set of services. The service portfolio includes three categories of service: 

  • Service pipeline (proposed or in development) 
  • Service catalogue (list of active offerings) 
  • Retired services 

Service Portfolio Management will typically include Stage Gates to manage the life cycle. The new services will be included in the Portfolio after the assessment against strategic priorities and business outcomes.
